Design: Whole mitogenome amplicons were generated using inverted primers. These amplicons were sequenced using the SQK-RBK114-96 library prep kit with the R10.4.1 flow cell. The data deposited here were basecalled with Guppy v6.4.6 with the "sup" algorithm.
